Hoping he doesn't go

Carlos has been an important cog in the development of the U23's and is the obvious replacement for Bielsa when he leaves. He has got the kids playing in a similar manner to the first team and this shows obvious coaching ability. He also appears to be respected as a coach by the lads.

It appears that Bravo is trying to get him to move to Leonesa, Bravo still has links with us, so this may be a development ploy and preparing Carlos for the future but I really hope this doesn't come off.
