Its been on Netflix a few days so thought it would be worth starting a thread on this
Overall impression is that this series has been a bit...meh. The acting is great over the episodes but there were a few niggles over all 3 (I think my opinion on this is because the series (pre- Bandersnatch) was very good)
Episode 1 (Striking Vipers) felt a bit rushed in places but I liked the fact that the VR headsets were the same as the ones used in USS Callister
Episode 2 (Smithereens) had parts of the script where the character went from really smart to really dumb, depending on how the plot needed them to be
Episode 3 (Rachel, Jack and Ashley too) was the better one of the lot, the start was pretty slow but I really enjoyed it, Miley Cyrus was very good and I liked the Nine Inch Nails mix ups they used.
Any thoughts?

Only seen striking vipers so far. Thought it was possibly the worst episode I've seen since season 1. Hope the others are better.

Striking Vipers was not a good watch. Hoping the other two are better, but from the reviews I've read S.V. is supposedly the best.

Ive only seems Striking Vipers so far and i did really like it because it was one hell of a wtf episode.
have heard a lot of people say its the worst season yet and the miley cyrus one the worst episode to date

Two that spring to mind for me are:
Firstly there was nothing new to the episode - Black mirror has done VR a number of times , each with a different take and this one felt like something that had no new take on it.
Second, certain times the episode plodded, then suddenly parts were resolved/ move on really quick - one example was the fight outside the nigthclub towards the end...how fast did the cops turn up?

I'm with the OP, thought the 3rd was the best one of the lot. Poor series though.
