Elsbels, he deserves credit for bringing in Bielsa definitely. He deserves credit for Klich.

He deserves some credit for Roberts, even though it wasn't himself that scouted Roberts.

But the list of failures far outweighs the success at the moment.

And while Bielsa is huge, I think the evidence suggests Bielsa would perform better with players he would choose to sign than the signings made by Orta.

I think it was Orta's idea to approach Bielsa
however even a broken clock is right twice a day.one good success but generally two seasons of bad calls and expensive contracts handed out.

I often come back to this.how do other clubs do this stuff that have success in the championship and what can we learn from them.our policy seems to be get Chelsea loanees or ex Middleborough players.it's a big world out there surely we can do better than that.

In sports, high success rates are unusual.

Look at baseball statistics. A player who hits 1 out of 3 pitches over his career is considered a star. And he missed 67% of the time!!!

Agree with that too.

I would be expecting players that Bielsa has seen last season being the targets.

If we sign some Latvian playing in Luxembourg then the tail is probably wagging the dog.

MB needs to do transfers... it really is as simple as that
