Bored with this now so to wrap it up

Ed has appointed the best coaches available and backed them massively.

As for Lvg and Jose's comments since leaving, I wouldnt put too much stock in what disgruntled managers say.

His reply was it's either you don't have facts that's the case or you don't know if Ed tried but couldn't get (failed to get) in the signings.

Huh ?

Jose is a short term manager. You don't hire a short term manager and expect him to help develop your young players. Either back him and get in ready made players or don't hire him. You can do half measures.

That's on Ed.

Jose has had negative effects and outsburts at previous clubs. There was very much a very big deal about his third season meltdowns. Despite that, Ed offered him a new contract.

That's on Ed.

Jose is also known to become very negative when he doesn't get his way on signings. When he wanted a LB, Chelsea refused and then in the end relented and got Baba Rahman (who had a decent season in Germany). He wasn't the LB Jose wanted. Baba has hardly played for Chelsea and I don't think he ever did under Jose.

That's on Ed.

Ed failed do his homework on Jose when hiring him. He just wanted a big name.
