They aren't a club without its controversy. Obviously not that long ago they were relegated for cheating and match fixing.
I realize they are a huge club but they only have a 45,000 seater stadium and TV revenue in Italy is nowhere near as.good as England. Tickets are also cheaper. Yet they signed Ronaldo last year for a fortune who has no resale value, they have given Ramsey 400k a week which is absolutely crazy and apparently their sporting director is in London at our offices down there discussing Pogba going back there.
How on earth can they afford all this? It does seem a bit iffy to me. Unless they know some big money is coming in for a few players I don't see how they are able to afford all this.

Italians aren't being blames for being dodgy. Just Juventus due to their not so distant past. As has been explained to the Op, it is unlikely due to financial strengths, global reach and close scrutiny to them due to their past incident.
