he's been poor ivan, but there is a player in there and its why despite being poor he is still linked with big money moves, if true of course.

has something the rest don't but our lack of attacking movement buggered him and sinclair, as did the sale of dembele.

people talk about him taking a huff but those 2 suffered the most when we lost dembeles presence on the park

Obviously I give him a hard time but you know I think he has talent and that's what frustrates me most about him. I hate seeing players waste it.

I do think you make excuses for him though when you're talking about the movement ahead of him. He's part of that and for me he too often drops too deep to take 'easy' possession rather than making the more difficult movements to take the ball in more dangerous areas. Given the way you play and the players in your team, he should take the ball higher up the park and have better movements off the ball.

i think he tries forward passes and loses possession while others are happy to pass it sideways and back.

our lack of attacking threat also lets the opposition press him and i think his unwillingness to play a safe pass catches him in 2 minds sometimes.

i expect better from him, but as a technical midfielder he is our best imo - just doesnt always show, in fact it rarely showed last season.

I get the fact that he passes it forward is his big 'plus', but as I say when he's dropping level with Brown to get on the ball then he's causing you a problem, because he's almost inviting Brown to go ahead of him, which he won't.

Celtic don't need to play with two holding midfielders. Ntcham needs to be higher up the park when receiving the ball.

spot on

2 holding mids and a back 4 against teams that will rarely get in our half, particularly at celtic park. no need.

i think his attributes appeal to other sides and thats why he can command a fee despite some poor form.

i cant emphasise enough how boring and schite we were last season, i can't believe we won a treble tbh.

if i were a rangers fan i'd be fuming that they couldnt pip celtic to a trophy last year, i'd also be fuming because as a rangers fan i'd want to pump my sister cause they are boggin like that.

There's been games were Ntcham has looked capable of playing for the elite teams in Europe, but for large parts of last season he could barely play a simple pass, there's been a lot wrong lately, but 2 of our most talented players let us down consistently last year.

His body language also doesn't reek of someone giving their all.

We should move him on and reinvest, I'm sure he'll have a very good career and we'll look back with regret to an extent, but i don't enjoy watching players who don't want to be their, even if they have a lot of ability.

Rogic was just as bad last season, but he's not issuing come and get me pleas like Ntcham so I'm still hopful he can get back to his sublime best.
