Koulibally next please

I think Lukaku is going to leave and probably Pogba too. That is going to free up a lot of cash. Koulibally + AWB would transform our defence from an embarrassment to a really strong unit.

Koulibally, Lindelöf, Bailly, Smalling + either Rojo/Jones as 5th choice and selling the other one. I'd be happy with that.

Tuanzebe I'd like to see stay at the club and get his chance but it sounds like he could go back to Villa on loan or even permanent basis with us insisting on a relatively low buy back fee. I suppose it all depends on us getting a CB in. There's no way he stays next season if we get one in as he just won't get the game time he needs.

As for the midfield and forward replacements. I've banged the Tielmanns drum since January. Gutted we didn't get him on loan when Fellaini left. I feel he'd be a very clever signing for us. Tielmanns plus either Bruno Fernandes or Maddison to come in for Pogba and Herrera.

Lukaku might not be replaced this summer. That might have to come next summer. Martial, Rashford, Sanchez n Greenwood might have to do.

If we sell Tuanzebe, even with a buy-back clause, we're complete idiots.

Loan him back to Villa for the PL season by all means, but he's a serious talent and the most developed of all our young players who should be knocking on the door to the first team squad.

He's out of contract in 12 months. That's the issue.

We give him a big contract and loan him out again or we sell him and insist on a low buyback.

You’d have thought, somewhere we’d have learned our lesson. Let pogba go for 300k and buy back at 30000% markup. Surely, Ed isn’t that much of an idiot?

We need to sort his contract out for sure. I believe Ole has himself said he was keen to seen him in pre-season, so that's hopeful.

"Surely"? Is this the same Ed Woodward we're talking about?

We really do need someone to come in and keep a track of these things, such as contracts. We've made a hash of things concerning them recently.

Does alderweirveld have a date he goes for 25m? Surprised no one gone for him.

I don't think anyone will go for pogba at the price utd want.

This. He needs locking down on a long term deal whether he’s going back out on loan or not.

As for the earlier comment suggesting a young version of Michael Carrick coming in, I’m afraid I couldn’t stomach that.

It’s actually just what we need. But I don’t think I could deal with all of you caants whining about him every week like you all whined about Carrick, week after week, month after month, year after year. I’d literally go insane having to deal with that again.
