Levy: the new Baldrick?

Apparently, report suggest that Levy, has a cunning plan when it comes to the transfer and securing of thus of N'Dombele?

Soccer Link claim that both United and Juve have had contractual terms agreed with the player, just a matter of agreeing the fee with the club Lyon.

The report then suggests that Levy is now going to move in swiftly like Batman (Del boy) and has a cunning plan, like baldrick?, to swoop in.

The reports says "Levy has carefully planned this transfer move, to give Tottenham the best chance of getting hold of the in-demand international".

Come on then Batman, get a move on!

Cue music and Del boy lugging his briefcase around the backywards of Peckham Rye in tights

It's a delicate situation between overpaying and not getting the deal done.

The likes of Ndombele and Lo Celso are moving clubs this season. If they ended up elsewhere for a fee of £60m and levy's dithering cost us then I would be facked off with him.

If they moved for £80m or ended up at Barca because well it is Barca, then I have no qualms.

Both players will move at prices far closer to the buyout clause/ sellers valuation than Levy's.... The sooner he wakes up to that the better

Don't agree there DD.

New stadium generates a lot more revenue = more transfer budget (in theory) = better players = higher chance of success

The thing is though a club like Real Betis will hold ground on £70m because it's a Premier League team.

Once we close that door and the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern don't show interest then they know they've missed out.

They would probably then sell Lo Celso to teams like Atletico for £50m.

He's their player and that's their right. Guys like Levy cannot charge a fortune for everything.... tickets, TV rights etc and then plead poverty when it comes to signings players..... He's a massive hypocrite

They actually don't mind keeping him this season (technically they only signed him as he was loan last season). If he has another good season there, someone will pay his buy out fee.

Strange way of going about it then, when their player already had a chat with Poch about the transfer as reported earlier this week

If they can sell him for the fee they are asking for, great. If not and he stays, it's also great. It's win-win for them either way.

I see our old 3rd keeper Lopez is off to Barca for 30 mill. Facking Vorm was keepin him and gazza out of back up keeper and throwing goals in every game. What the fack was Poch up to. Nonsense
