.. this was the defining moment in the season.. most people thought the game was over and thought we would at most give Barca a game but they'd go through.
Watching that game at Anfield a few times and the enormity of the odds we overcame and how well we played is still unbelievable.
Without Mo and Bobby too.
Massively proud of that, and buzzing at the same time.

It includes the first leg, but when it gets to the second leg just encapsulates that Barca didnt know how to handle us.. the game, the intensity, the atmosphere everything.
Just a total frenzy that is Anfield..
Mikel Arteta described it in a nutshell, "..also, in my playing career, Anfield was the only ground where in which I had the feeling of ‘pájara’, of being stuck.

Just seen that Hummels rejected Man United. They offered a higher salary than BVB but he chose the latter as they are in the champions league

Let's be honest, in terms of quality the final was awful. Neither team could pass the ball. We went direct far too much. If that early goal hadn't gone in it may have been a bit better because we would have come out a bit more. Defensively we were great. With the ball, we were awful.

Replayed the whole commentary from 5live of the second leg while going to the gym at the gym, and back..
We were so facking loud.. brilliant commentary with shearer waxing lyrical.
