Can someone please explain to me why Denmark are already out? They're second in the group, with a goal difference of +2.
France and Romania are still to play. France are currently ranked as the third best runner up, so surely if they lose they'll remain as the third best? Their goal difference is also +2, so if they lose their goal difference will be worse than Denmark's.
Can't figure this out at all.

Only the best runner up goes through and Denmark could only finish second best at most.
