I'm not sure how big business works but looking around it's obvious that the Qatari's are mega wealthy.

Maybe they need to pay in actual money rather than oil, gas, gold or weapons?

Quatar have been major investors in European horse racing....millions upon millions have enriched the racing industry....what's not to like?
