Is Wan-Bissaka worth that much?
I know I have raved about him before and definitely a great young player but £50million for a player who only played for Palace, no disrespect - but who are they??
Do United get the raw end of negotiations because of past dealings, like of Sanchez (wages) and Pogba (fee)?
I think Wan will be under more pressure than he's even had to deal with, playing for United where expectations are palpitable and the crowd demand success
Is Wan the one for United? Possibly. But is he worth that much or United are in a very difficult situation where every club will squeeze hard to get the best deal?
Wan-Bissaka for £50m?

And BBC reporting Zaha wants Arsenal and United has a 25% sell on clause with CP so it sounds like its a transfer merry-go-round. Palace want £80m which would give Utd £20m back meaning WB would be £30m. My brain hurts.

This sounds like Scouse accounting.
AWB is not £30m.

50 mill is the new 25 mill now days , prices are stupid , we've just paid 60 mill for a player whom was sold for 7 mill 12 months ago.

In a word...NO
lazy scouts as usual....He hasn’t even had 2 seasons decent seasons in the prem. We need consistent players if we are to challenge. He’s better than Trippier but not 50m

I don't think you need to 'prove' yourself by doing well in a league for 2/3+ years. It's pretty evident at times that there is quality in a player and you trust they will continue to develop and do well.
AWB has been brilliant for Palace and will likely do well at United. £50m is a lot of money but if he stays there long enough and they win a trophy or two then it's all worth it.

Shame we didnt go big for him.
I'd take AWB and NDombele as a summers dealings - £120m off set with the sale of a few fringe players and Trippier, raising maybe £40m.

Maguire’s the one which I think would be silly money, purely because I don’t think he’s worth that kind of investment...so hopefully that deal goes through.

I reckon he’ll end up like Cahill at chelsea. Steady enough, without really pulling any trees up.
