Dier is good for cover. He should definitely not be paired with Verts permanently.

If Toby does go, Sanchez will be the man to replace him. He just seriously needs to up his game.

We'd probably need another CB too as Foyth just isn't good enough at the moment and Dier is miles off being in the first XI after that sheeetshow of a season.
