It's situations like these you need to tell Rashford he is going back to the U18s for the rest of his contract if he thinks hes getting that salary but there you go... nowhere near top striker in the league let alone world and is on £250k

Another consequence of the Sanchez transfer, his wages, and Ed's incompetence. Sadly. Rashford isn't even remotely close to the finished article, I doubt he ever will be, as he's not improved in the last couple of years. But he has an agent who (widely reported) asked for 300k a week and Ed bargained and gave him a mere 250k a week

250k is ridiculous.

Just been discussing this on another thread.

Players aren’t offered contracts by clubs that represent only some kind of ‘objective’ measure of the player’s footballing ability.

That’s how fans think, because they are myopic and because they don’t understand business, market dynamics or the marketplace.
