Cant help thinking there will be a domino effect once United finally decide what to do with him. Depending on where he goes..RM or Juve, it might impact one or both's ability to possibly go after Eriksen, thus impacting our ability to do a deal for the likes of LoCelso, Ceballos etc.
Id love to believe we can act totally independently but I suspect the NDomebele deal was Levy's gift to Poch for the CL run/ better revs etc but now much of what we do might depend on what we generate.
On a side note, interesting to hear a few pundits saying they would be shocked if Spurs sold Trips this summer. In his defense, he's been very upfront in stating that he know's his form was poor last season but a few guys have pointed out that he was carrying a groin injury most of the season and he was not alone in suffering a WC hangover, lack of pre season and resulting niggling injuries (Dier & Dele spring to mind) . Point being, he was easily Englands best player at the WC and simply didn't become a bad player overnight. At least he's aware that his position is under threat and a big improvement is needed
Given that AWB is off the mkt and there don't appear to be any strong links to other RBs, does Trips deserve the right to start the season as 1st choice ???

Trippiers formulas nothing to do with physical imjutunor fatigue. His brain is the problem. Daft decisions, lack of concentration, lost his aggression also. Loses 50/50 tackles most of the time.
Trippier is worse than Aurier in my opinion.
