Liam Kelly's transfer to us is pending his medical.
Know nothing about Kelly, is he any good? Could he do a job in the Dutch league?
Not sure about the fees paid either.

I've only glimpses of him during the EFL highlights on Sky tbh but he looks a tidy player, he's certainly good enough for the Eredivisie IMO. He's a small attacking midfielder who moves the ball quickly and has a bit of pace, I think [and I stress "I think"] he started as a wide player and was moved inside to ore of a ACM type role.
