This. Can you imagine a journalist who has said nothing about a transfer story then boastfully pronouncing he was right all along AFTER the transfer happens!

I knew all along we would avoid relegation in 2014/15. I just didn’t say anything until safety was mathematically confirmed. Then I made my bold prediction

I called the 2015/16 Premier League win shortly before the Everton home game.
