Ole's first press conference tomorrow

I'm sure he's had a nice summer break. Well at least I hope he has because the MUFC circus well and truly kicks off again tomorrow. He's going to get pressed on Pogba and slow transfer window progress on a daily basis now. Hope he's ready.

Hopefully someone brings up his 'ruthless' comments from a few months ago. Not seen much evidence yet. I'm betting we can't find any buyers for most of our deadwood.

What he said above. Plus Chelsea have a ban.

Chelsea have a transfer ban but will possibly spend more than Arsenal and Liverpool this summer.

Have a feeling Liverpool are going to land a big player somewhere. Pepe is my bet.

But city have a far better structure in place to identify and bring in players which they will have worked on long before Ole was even appointed as our manager.

...............

This is no excuse for the ineptitude we are seeing yet again. We haven't even managed to off load anyone yet.

Then almost every club in the league and across Europe’s top leagues are inept?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Is every club in Europes top leagues in the same position as we are?

No they are not, so that was not a well thought out comment.

From what I've seen in the AFCON I hope not. I'd like Fernandes.

How about Arsenal, Spurs or Everton then? Leipzig, Wolfsburg, Werder? Sevilla, Bilbao or Espanyol? Lyon, Marseille or Nice? Inter, Milan, Roma or Lazio?

Any of the other clubs across the continent’s top ten leagues that finished below their targets and expectations?

How many of them have shifted their deadwood and completed their incoming business?

It’s the second week in July for ffs. It’s the same every single year with the impatient and ill-informed

Espanyol have signed 5 and got rid of 7

Outside the English clubs they all have more time... Which is an important factor

There's obv still time though and its not panic stations yet imo... This feckin tour could get in the way a bit though

Supposedly inter chiefs flew into England yesterday to talk about the lukaku deal.... Feck knows who they're talking to with our bigwigs in Oz

OK, apart from Espanyol

The point is it’s ridiculously early still. Next to nobody has finished their business yet, and the majority have made one or two signings, if that. We’ve made a good start completing two deals before the tour begins.
