Isco,Ceballos,Lo Celso,Fernandes or Eriksen

Who should be our creative lynchpin next season?

seems we have been linked to many attacking midfielders with just 4 weeks to go in the window.

I think Isco is the only one that I can't see happening.
He is so good and highly thought of I'm sure a few teams, which are bigger than spurs, would ensure they were in the bidding war.
Spurs don't do bidding wars and I think unfortunately he would be a step too far. Could see the others happening though but think Eriksen would have to leave for 2 of that group to join.
Ceballos loan makes sense and maybe lo celso for cash.

Bernadine Silva was usually played wide right in their front three. D Silva and de Bruyne usually next to Fernandinho or similar.

I left Fernandinho out due to him leaving out Ndombele plus I was just making the point that it doesn’t matter how lightweight it looks if the players are quality ball retainers then you’ll be okay.

Plus Lo Celso is a feisty little shiet. Bit like Lamela tbh

Firstly, did that trio even start much? Silva and kdb were in and out for one reason or the next. And secondly that three are much quicker/better players on the ball and more tenacious players off the ball than the ‘spurs’ 3.

No they aren’t

All 6 are pretty similar (although the city lot are better). All 3 players played plenty maybe not in that exact formation (Gündoğan would’ve been In it)

My point is it doesn’t matter how lightweight it looks when you have great players who hold the ball better.

Our midfield will more likely look like

Winks
Ndombele Lo Celso (Ceballos)
Dele

Much rather that slightly lightweight than having a Dier or Wanyama in it just because they will throw in a challenge here and there.
