This whole scatter gun approach to transfers is a joke. It looks as though we have made an offer of 70 million for Pepe, he's a good player but if we have limited budget why are we spending that when we cant even agree a transfer of around 25 million for Tierney and wont make an offer of 30 million for Fraser who would certainly be a sensitive bit of business. The cynic in me says they are making these offers knowing they won't be accepted just to placate the fans, problem is it won't work.

Unfortunately, no one at Gunner FC seems to understand the concept of what it takes to BUILD a TEAM. Money is tossed around to get expensive individuals but the team keeps getting weaker.
