So, Simon Stone, who apparently writes exclusively for ManU for the BBC, has traveled all the way to Perth, Australia, at the expense of the licence payer, to basically interview Ole Ole ( off his trolley ) on his over inflated opinions about the club next season, no doubt believing every word he says.
Personally I don't remember agreeing to my licence fee being used for this blatant waste ?
Then there is Ole. Telling us he is aiming higher than 4th next season. I mean, come on, why is anyone listening to this, much less those mugs at the Beeb.
Some of the comments on this article are comical and worth a read. Seems everyone outside Manchester are not, thank god, in the same twilight zone as those at the club and those reporting on them.
Two ridiculous things in one article

When he says "round the corner" does he mean at the Emirates stadium?

I think the quote "Personally I don't remember agreeing to my licence fee being used for this blatant waste" applies here

Simon Stone is no doubt covering the match between United and Spurs at our expense

FFS he’s still out there exclusively following Spurs. How much is this costing us licence fee payers?

Not Simon Stone, but the Chief Football Writer at the BBC:
