The league cup is underway and let's have a look at how each group is shaping up at this early stage.
Group A
Hearts and United have both followed up their first match draw with victories to secure the two top spots in the group, United securing a 2-1 victory at Stenny on Tuesday night, and you would expect both teams to go on to fill the top two slots.
Group B
This group is up in the air after St Johnstone surprisingly were downed by a spirited Montrose team in their first game. There's already been talk of Sainties already having exceeded their budget for the season so new players may not be coming in. A crisis beckons. Ross County top the group with two wins from two.
Group C
Favourites Hibs could only secure a bonus point in their opening game which has let Championship hopefuls Arbroath lead the group with two wins from two. The red lichties are a force to be reckoned with.
Group D
Dundee moved to the top of the group after a spirited and surprising draw then bonus point against SPFL new boys Cove Rangers. Peterhead are level on 5 points with them, but ICT will no doubt have a part to play in the group after their disappointing draw on matchday 1.
Group E
Although they have only played one game each, it looks like Motherwell and Morton will be the top two in this group after solid first round victories.
Group F
Plastic Whistle top the group after two games, with Hamilton bringing their usual scheidtyness to sit behind them on 4 points. Nobody likes Hamilton.
Groups G
This looks a tight group. Livi, Falkirk and Ayr look like they'll be competitive and any of the three could progress, Livi having secured the bonus point against Falkirk and Ayr smashing the goals in in their first match. Maybe not a group for best runner up to progress however.
Group H
Dunfermline are looking strong to potentially top the group, with St Mirren losing to the Pars in the televised game on Sunday. They should still finish runners up though.

Did you not see me say the cafe girl fancies me, that's because of my physical prowess I'm too tall to be fat, to get fat at my height you would need to eat constantly.

Sorry I was doing work. I was anticipating that we would drop points against Cove but minimal damage after getting the bonus point. A win and a draw will see us through. Get Cove on for the League 2 title.
