is set to get underway at 12.30 today versus Manchester United, a chance to set down a bit of marker, a couple of weeks out from the start of the season proper. Yes, friendlies do not really matter that much, but better to get wins in my opinions, then getting beaten. Be nice to follow up the Juventus win with beating Man U, then playing in front of a sold out new WHL for the final game against Inter Milan next week for a chance for Spurs to retain the trophy they won last season.
I expect Dybala, Lo Celso and Sessignon cannot wait to link up with their new teammates when the squad arrive back in London at the weekend. Who would have thought? Going to be an exciting season, and looks like our much maligned Chairman has finally pushed out the boat.

Only a friendly but I would hate to lose to Man U. Done enough of that over the last few decades
