First chance to comment on the OP ... Hopefully nothing in it, in terms of him being KT's replacement! Given the rough and tumble, into the mixer carnage of the SPFL, I prefer our defenders to be taller than 5 foot 7. Regardless of the guy's other qualities, lack of physical presence is a non-starter for defenders in Scotland IMO.
