Deadline now closed. Loads of confirmed deals elsewhere, Lo Ceso we were told was having a medical about 11.30 this morning, but nothing since.
Been watching out for this all day, and getting frustrated at lack of news. Even Sky have stopped talking about the deal.

Yes he is now with us, initial details lodged with PL & FA. Loan deal with obligation to buy if we again qualify for CL football in 20-21 season.
