On Sunday, just 3 days after playing a Europa League game in Armenia, Nuno Espirito Santo will take his team to Leicester for the opening game of the 2019/20 Premier League season.

At the time of writing Nuno has added to his squad by bringing in centre back Jesus Villeho from Real Madrid on loan and striker Patrick Cutrone from AC Milan (£18m)
After making the loan signings of striker Raul Jimenez (£38m) and midfielder Leander Dendoncker (£13.5m) permanent.
Wolves have also invested a significant outlay on two youth players.
19-year old winger Pedro Neto from Lazio (£18.3m) and 20-year old Bruno Jordao (£9.2m) also from Lazio are expected to be incorporated into the first team squad during the season.

Brendan Rodgers has boosted his squad with the additions of central midfielder Youri Tielemans (£45m) from Monaco, striker Ayoze Pérez (£33.4m) from Newcastle and right back James Austin (£6.7m) from Luton Town.
The cost of these transfers has of course been offset by the well-publicised move of centre back Harry Maguire to Manchester United for the outrageous sum of £85 million, making him the most expensive defender of all time.

At the end of last season Wolves finished 2 places higher in the table than The Foxes. As Brendan Rogers was appointed as Manager in February 2019, Wolves have not yet faced a Leicester team coached by Rogers.
Last season the two teams met at the King Power for the second game of the season, a game which Leicester won 2-0. The return fixture in January was a memorable one when Diogo Jota recorded his first hattrick for Wolves and defender Ryan Bennett got his only goal of the season.
Wolves eventually ran out 4-3 winners.

Hearing reports that 1,500 Millwall fans have gone on the rampage at the Hawthorns.
No official statement from the club yet, but early estimates are saying that they have caused about £150,000 worth of improvements.

Had an lazy day watching football on tv today ending with a Great game from the Champions Cup on tv. Athletic Madrid beating Juventus 2-1 with 2 brilliant goals by the £120m youngster Joao Felix either side of a Juve goal from Sami Khedira. Would have been good to snap up those two
