Match facts
Leeds United have won just two of their past 13 league games against Nottingham Forest (W2 D5 L6), winning 2-0 in both games against them during 2017.
Since a 7-3 win away at Leeds in March 2012, there have been just 10 league goals scored in seven meetings between Leeds and Forest at Elland Road.
Leeds have only played their first home league match of the season against Forest once previously - in 1991-92, winning 1-0 and going on to win the league title that season.
Forest have only won one of their last 14 away games in the Championship (D6 L7), although that victory did come in their final away trip of last season (1-0 at QPR).
Since the start of the 2016-17 season, Leeds United's Pablo Hernández has scored and assisted in six Championship matches - only David McGoldrick and Neal Maupay have done so more often in that period (seven times).
Forest have not lost their opening two league matches of a season since the 1971-72 campaign, when they were in the top flight.

That's it then, a nice 1-0 as we did in 91/92 should do us nicely but I can see us getting at least one more so it's a 2-0 Win for me with Bamford and Alioski scoring

Over to You...…………………..Usual stuff ………………….

Come Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeds!!!

Good subs from Lamouchi. Have Forest a bit of impetus, especially Ameobi. Don’t think Forest will be blown away by anyone in this league but will lack goals away from home.

1. We cannot play like that and expect to do anything this season. Completely useless up top.

2. We didn't deserve to get anything from today's game, I'd feel angry if I were a Leeds fan.

3. Bamford lost Leeds the game today, not the ref. Exactly why Chelsea let him go, takes 10 chances to get a goal.

4. Lolley needs to be dropped, 2 games now and he has been poor. Maybe give him 1 or 2 more games but Sammy made all the difference today.

5. Leeds probably should've had a pen, but they also could've been 1 man down. Like it or not, law states you cant make that tackle anymore. VAR would've probably sent him off.

Waiting for traffic to die down around Elland road so thought I’d comment.
Had the chances to put the game to bed didn’t take them.
Costa will be a player for us.
Letting in soft goals could kill our promotion hopes.
Harrison is a much better performer this season than last.
White is a player.
Alioski brings energy, but he’s not a winger.
Most of our attacking play comes down our left with Harrison - this means that more often than not Bamford either has to flick the ball with his right foot or take a touch - he needs to learn (quickly) to hit the ball with his left.
Phillips needs to calm it a bit otherwise he could be suspended before we get into September.
And lastly Championship refs. really need to up their standards - today’s was shocking.

That's how we felt last time we played at Elland Road. Swings and roundabouts I guess.

We need to take the chances when they come against teams like this to bed, because League 1 Liam and co always look likely to concede, especially from set pieces and corners. You could have read the script from countless games last season. My anxiety grew as the chances came and went.

I love the way the Irish tw4t on Sky Sports hates us.

Apparently the first one wasn’t a penalty because there was a brush of the legs, he obviously missed he arm pulling back the shoulder....

Bamford should have wrapped it up in a bow today.

I think I know what it is with Bamford that I hate, he seems to wait for things to happen rather than take charge.

How many times will we say that this season.

Nail on the head. Roofe was always looking and always trying to make things happen, Bamford lazy in comparison. Needs to be dropped now.

Rubbish! Bamford gets in far more scoring positions than Roofe ever did.

He was unlucky today. His volley that hit the bar was mistimed by a millisecond and his flick that hit the keepers trailing leg was going in.

He’s working harder and he will score more than Roofe did last season if he keeps fit.

I think we just need a tweak here and there. Costa for Forshaw and Pablo at number 10 would be a start. Especially at home. Maybe even start two up top.

Quick pic from today. I was going for more of a crowd scene, but just ended up with people's legs. Second tile up, right in the middle.
