Yes I know that I point out our weaknesses but there are many strengths too
Bielsa is amazing in general,I actually said he was brilliant last season and worked miracles before January.
I also think he’s also stubborn, probably doesn’t learn by his mistakes.
If our strengths were 99%
I would still point out the 1%
I always strive for more
So guys please put my posts into context.
There’s always room for improvement.
I don’t think Bielsa is a winner,maybe he’s too nice unlike me of course, but he will leave a good feeling at our amazing football club that’s a privilege to support. MOT

Good article this time Promotion. In fairness to Bielsa I think over the years he has managed some unfancied teams or teams big teams fallen on hard times (us) so winning trophies would be difficult.
I think he is utterly committed to his footballing philosophy and ideals .If he had say 80% of that but say 20% of pragmatism and a willingness to deviate from the plan and embrace different strategies maybe that would make the difference.
Overall he is fantastic but wish he would relax the small tight squad ideal and want more than 2 senior centre backs as their natural positions knowing the injury record of our squad.

Tactically, he is a genius. He has achieved things that none of us could have imagined this time last season. If games were won purely on the basis of managerial integrity and intelligence, we would have won the Champions League last year. It's the other, more human aspects of his style that I worry about.
