Inaki Williams

"Athletic Bilbao striker Inaki Williams has signed a nine-year contract with the Spanish club.

Another example of the curious phenomenon of players getting linked to United by unquoted sources shortly before signing new deals with their existing clubs. I doubt that scientists will ever pinpoint a causal relationship in this correlation.

Yeah but the risk is still there of a new manager not wanting him and his contract needing paid ( or partly settled if he's transferred without asking to leave etc)

I've heard of him. He was one of the first black players to play for them as that club has very specific rules on who they sign. They must be Basque. It's why it took them ages to have a black player.
