Lots of talk about pace on here, here is why it’s important, superb, movement, pace and effectiveness:

Imagine paying 10 million for Clarke and then watching him play alongside Jamie shack

Shame for Clarke as he looked a real talent before his incident.

Shackleton looks fantastic every time he plays. Excellent reading of the game and an excellent engine. Could go far.

Barndoor Bamford, he cant get into those areas, or blitz into space or leave players for dead, so is easy to defend against.
----
He ran Forest centrebacks ragged. Got two chances from runs off the shoulder and kept getting hold of the ball in the box. Criticise his finishing but to say he's easy to defend against and movement isnt good, it complete rubbish

The move and pass are textbook training ground routines....and paying off...the pace of Costa was what helped make it pay off.

Shackleton getting better and better.

I wouldn't mind seeing Bamford and Nketiah up front together. I know its not really Bielsa's way but they may make a decent pairing. Bamford slightly in front of Eddie

Agree on Shack. He's some player.

Clarke may still come through but it is starting to look lime the undervaluation of Jansson has been made up by the fee Spurs are paying for Clarke.

Hopefully something clicks for him and we see the player that we saw glimpses of at times last season.

Completely agree

Same in cricket which I follow to similar levels as football. That extra 4 to 5 mph with the ball causes so much aggro.

It's a good training ground goal. Fantastic though ball from Shack and great movement from Nketiah and Costa. This combination works for me.
