Just like Spurs fans piggybacking City's success then

Theres a bit of thou doth protest too much going on regarding the importance of tonights friendly by Liverpool fans. I guess its a way of trying to justify the completely ott celebrations by Klopp (reminded me of the West Brom draw).

I've no idea who Liverpool have in the Prem this weekend but I can tell you whoever it is its 100 times more important than tonights game.

If you read comments before the game, you’ll see plenty of us wanting to take it seriously and saying it’s a relevant trophy. And the manager just watched his side win a tight match by penalties. How dare he be happy. 🙄

Celebrating like that and celebrating draws is what made us into what we are today.

Without it, there'd be no us.
