He is doing a pretty decent job don't you think?
I think for a rookie manager he is handling most aspect of the job with a steely eyed professionalism. He is a quite impressive young manager with a real presence and the respect of the players IMO.
Trophies are the proof of the pudding of course.
But the evolution of the squad and the style of football we are playing is giving me a lot more confidence we will not finish the season empty handed.
Lets not forget it wasn't too long ago we were going into OF games with guys like Russell Martin and Jason Cummings in the team.

The only reason they think he is good is because Pedro set the bar so low.
If watching your rivals win a treble is the mark of a good manager then happy days.

I think he is a good footballing coach, professional, direct. Think it would be unfair to label him a failure if he dosent win anything with Rangers considering they are not at Celtics level.

He already looks like he’s improved Rangers a lot.
If only they’d had him on The Romantic Journey, they might have avoided a few red necks.
