CL

Good for Celtic?
Presumably good for Rangers?
Pistol hanging around another 4 years?

If there is acceptance that the big leagues are too big for the rest of Europe then, given that those leagues will not give up the money, there should be no barrier to accepting that the big 2 here are too big for Scottish football?

The big five leagues will not give up any money that’s for sure. They have the power and no doubt the backing of tv who won’t be interested in small fry in the CL. I really don’t see anything coming of it apart from creating division and being another catalyst for a breakaway elite league. It’s going to happen and I think it’s just a matter of time and everyone can see the way it’s heading.

No matter how big clubs like Ajax or the OF think they are they just don’t and won’t have the clout to force major change.

What a laugh. He’s shown for 2 seasons he’s not interested in CL football, give the job to someone who fancies it.

Fack that!

Get involved and at least try instead of sulking and moaning about it whilst we get more and more irrelevant and the chances of watching top football at CP ever again disappear over the horizon.

No company survives just on what they did 50yrs ago.

The defeatist attitude here is amazing.

Of course we should be fighting for change

The Scottish equivalent of CL would be putting Aberdeen, Celtic and Rangers straight into the semi finals of a cup competition and then letting all the other teams battle it out for the privilege of playing Celtic in the second Semi final

Exactly.

Put the champions of the countries into the groups amd let every other kant qualify.

And fvck the seeding.

I agree completely but I don’t see the power and greed of the five big leagues plus Sky and the other tv companies giving way to the oiks of European football.

It’s not defeatist it’s just seeing things the way they are

Bears in denial as usual. Lawwell has somehow found himself running the show and will have Celtic at the top table.

Enjoy the crumbs bears.
