Ok it’s a disappointing result after going ahead and missing a pen but there was plenty of positives to take from tonight.
Firstly we dominated large parts of that game against a good side away from home and showed we can be more than a counter attacking side. Other than the 1st 15 mins of that 2nd half we were on top.
Secondly the new boys make us so much stronger at the back. Again other than the start of that 2nd half we were largely untroubled back there.
Third the ball retention of our attackers looks to have improved a lot.
All in all it’s two points dropped but I suppose many of us would have taken 4 points from these opening two games.
Hopefully that the last time we play Wolves away for a while. Not many teams will leave Molineux this season with 3 points imo.

Another positive is Ole's signings, especially AWB and Harry, thave have made our defence look so much better. Another two as good, one midfielder and one forward and we will be challenging.

We were massively on top for first 10 minutes of 2nd half and they had a 5 minute spell they scored from and then in last 10 minutes tried to nick a goal on the counter. The only game plan they had was to sit back all game it seemed and hope for the best.

Shugs last season they scored 2 goals from 1 shot on target and had there 2nd near the last minute of game in a game we should have scored at least 5 in.

The main thing we improved is pressing. I doubt Wolves will have as low expected goals at home again for rest of season. They virtually hit the post and then scored 2 minutes later and that was it.

Really wearethefamous. Did you watch us last year? Our shaky defence, virtually no pressing, far slower over most of the pitch.

They let us dominate. It was part of their game plan. Not worried myself, it’s a tough game away to wolves, and we could have won, so nothing to get overly upset about.

I wouldn't be too disappointed, you guys looked better than we expected pre season, its a rebuilding process and will take time.
