When Arsenal beat Burnley, few Spurs fans jumped on here, and some even wrote articles about how Spurs should have gone for Ceballos and how Arsenal look great with Luiz etc...
Today, we saw the real Ceballos in a big game - just goes Awol and doesn't like the intensity of the premier league. He seems to prefer a gentler game where he has all the time in the world to pick passes. That won't happen against the top three in the premier league.
It shows you how good Eriksen is when he can play at this pace and still pick a pass or two
Also, Luiz is aways a liability and let Liverpool off the hook by giving away a silly pen.
We are in a better position for not getting Ceballos and for getting Ndombele instead and some Spurs fans should be careful what they wish for
Hoping we get Ndombele back for the NLD and that we see Lo Celso tomorrow afternoon.

Chelsea are still better than Spurs, they won a trophy last season and finished in front of Spurs. Not sure why any Spurs fan would think we are better. We simply are not.
We may improve as the season goes on, but if you had to put money on any team out of Spurs or Chelsea winning a trophy, it wouldn`t be Spurs.

Come on old bean, there's more dynamics involved here, and you know it. For instance, Mancunian Citay we nowhere to be seen in the last stages of the CL. The PL is all they had to concentrate on. Liverpool were so close, yet they *also* had the CL to deal with.
On your basis Chelsea (who we know you have a soft spot for, as I do Liverpool, if only because my brothers supported them and nothing else), but Chelsea finishing above us would make them better than us.
No. I stand by my word, Liverpool are better than Mancunian Village.

I hear ya. Yeah they're good. But not all that. I expect Liverpool to pip Manchester City for the title this year. Can't predict the future, but soon enough their "reign" will be coming to an end...
