Scheduling of TV games

I'm hoping of getting to a few more games this season (mainly away).

To minimise the cost, it's always good to be able to pre-book deals on train tickets, (which are non-refundable). For instance I can get a return from Liverpool to Euston pre-booked for £26.00.

With that in mind it's important to know that any given game isn't going to be re-scheduled by the TV.

Good information here that might benefit some others?

Cheers for that Scouse. Generally it’s just the London matches where we get the train. Last time going to Fulham it cost a bomb and we stood all the way there and all the way back. I’ve been on trains in India that were less packed, and with better tea served, albeit in clay cups through the bars on the windows.

Forgot all about the West Brom being at 12.30. Only noticed it at 10.00 on Saturday so had to go by car not train. Parked up easily in my usual place and was astonished to find so few cars. Walked to the ground and had to check there was a match on as there didn't seem to be anyone about. Then I discovered that the reason. The footbridge at Meadow lane was no more. A bit longer walk in the sun to cross the next bridge.
