I slate the guy because I don’t think he’s good enough just as you slate Lingard because you don’t think he’s good enough just as Baz slates Shaw etc

Not because I ‘want’ him to fail. How does that even quantify in your brain?

Absolute mystery.

It's not like he is clogging up the boards is it.

What's wrong with him saying he thinks the manager is not good enough?

Nothing idiotic about thinking another manager may do much better, Ole is a leap of faith. But it's not a viewpoint I agree with at all.
As we know Ole is an intelligent, straight, hard working guy, with a strong record of success elsewhere. Yes, I know it's only Norway, but a lot of the same principles apply in terms of man managemet, tactics etc.
He has a very mixed bag last season, a record run of wins and a record run of losses, so difficult to tell.
So far this season, sort of medium. Certainly a bit unlucky, two successful penalties and we are second in the league. Ifs and buts, but all football is.
But why I want him to be given time is because I like the way he is going about the job. I think the three signings are good ones. I'm confident he knows where we need strengthening, and has a short list for next summers window. If we get another three good signings we can challenge.
He is gradually getting rid of the players he doesn't want.
Most on here agreed it could not be done at once or in one window, and patience was needed. Three games in and already some think enough is enough. But I want him here at the end of the season, and then see who we bring in, and then another dozen games before making a judgment call.

You guys seriously have no idea how to separate my lack of faith in him with your own assumptions that I want him to fail. There’s literally no real reason other than the paranoid reasonings that you have that I want him to fail.

What? Say ‘I told you so’? What, I told you that a guy who was grossly out of his depth when appointed was sacked (if it happens in this scenario) because he was out of his depth.

😂 amazing. What an achievement 🤔

Apparently been disciplined already by Ole according to press.

Honestly with effort like that you can't really complain you don't get more game time. What an absolute fake he is. Talented but not willing to put the miles in.

I'd say get rid but we'll struggle to get a team to pay us what we'd ask for or to match his wages.

Doesn't that clip just sum up our club right now?

There would be no point doing a told you so with Ole as he was a massive underdog to begin with

Tbh if he succeeds it would be more fitting for you guys to do a told you so to the vast majority of the football world who thought the odds on him doing so were very small
