Up at 06:00 (0400 BST) to get underground and electric train from a suburb of Helsinki to the airport. Uber modern electric trains and huge underground stations (apparently they double as air raid shelters - the Russian border is not that far away and these guys have previous with each other) - all public transport, (buses, trams, underground and trains) in and around Helsinki is uber modern, fast, integrated and relatively inexpensive - £4.60 in total to get from the suburbs to Central station and to the airport. Next stage 55 min flight to Stockholm. ☺

Cheers guys - on the bus to Stockholm from the airport and staying on a boat 'Red Boat' near the old town. A bit of sightseeing is in order I think.

Sipping a beer in O'Leary''s - an American themed pub believe it or not- right next to the Friends Arena. Sipping because there is still just over 3 hrs.to kick off and, as predicted, the beer is £7.50/£8.50 for 50cl. 😧
