How we doing lads, been a while since I've been on
Need a wee rant, so Ive came onto ja606 to vent
What's happening within the Rangers support at the moment is absolutely doing my nut in
The support is fractured and divided
We've had the Uefa punishments over the songs, and then the Scott Brown thing happened at the weekend there
Theres posts all over social media, by fans asking for the singing to stop and condemning what was said to Brown.....which are being countered by other fans saying there's too many snowflakes in our support, saying they are disgusted by the "grasses" within our support, and pointing out that our neighbours have done far worse and Uefa only cared about the songs since Lawwell got a job with them
Some of the stuff I've read is truly pathetic
Read a post this morning going on about how there is no such thing as "The Rangers Family" anymore
Theres a simple point to be made here
There is such a thing as the Rangers Family
What makes you a part of it....is being a Rangers supporter....that is it
See all this $hite about having particular political views, and getting angry at fellow supporters for not "defending their own"....it's all bull$hit
The reason our support is fractured is because some people have a preordained view of what a Rangers supporter is.....they have to do this, they have to support that, they are "wan o them" if they don't".....fck off!!
Being a Rangers supporter, means you support the club and care about it more than your own personal agenda
The singing is hurting the club.....supporting and continuing the singing won't help the club.....it is that simple
The Scott Brown thing......it was deplorable what was said, and folk are not being snowflakes for condemning it, it's paints all Rangers supporters in a bad light, whether it was one stupid young boy or not.....what was said has nothing to do with the rivalry or Rangers Football Club....and anything that's has been said or done in the past in connection with Celtic....again...has sod all to do with the incident at the weekend or Rangers Football Club, so stop bringing it up
The one way to unite our support is to concentrate on the one thing that matters...the club itself and it's well being, fck all else matters
To be part of the Rangers family, all you have to be is a Rangers supporter
Voting for a particular political party, denouncing the Scotland national team, following a particular religion, blindly defending folk with a particular shirt or scarf on no matter what they do even if the club suffers as a result of their actions....none of these things make you anymore of a Rangers fan than the next in anyway, shape or form
It's 2019 ffs, folk need to move on from this stuff, some of us already have, others just do not want to or know they should but are just to stubborn to do so....that is why our support is continually divided over these things. The world has changed, the club and it's support is changing with it
Support the club...that's all the matters, having any other "add-ons" in your makeup, they do not matter and have sod all to do with the football or the club itself so please, fcking leave it out!

Rangers did apologise - I wouldn't have insisted on it, as not my place to do so, or even thought it necessary as it wasn't their fault at all, but think it a great gesture form the Club in any event.

I am man thanks, it was after the article that I took the filters off, guys on here made me feel a damn site better and I was no doubt wrong to have u and mags filtered tbf.
