Sancho

Zorc (BVB sports director): "A meeting did take place [between Dortmund and #mufc for Jadon Sancho]. Man United invited the consultant. But according to what I know, the consultant told the club that no matter how much they offer, we won't let him go this summer." #mulive [prime]

Michael Zorc: "The player also has no intention of taking that step this summer โ€” I had to call them [#mufc] to order [tell them Dortmund were serious about not selling him] and get a little louder to keep it constructive." #mulive [prime]

Looks like weโ€™re definitely in for him then and Iโ€™m sure weโ€™ll be back when theyโ€™re willing to sell. Will we finally buy a winger who plays on the right ๐Ÿคฉ

I imagine most clubs in Europe will try and sign him if he becomes available

We’ll be competing with the likes of Barca, Real, Bayern, PSG (if Mbappe goes to Spain), Chelsea etc

Not saying he won’t join us but I’d imagine getting CL football as a minimum will be needed to sway him and signs that we have some sort of plan

Is there a possibility Sane will go to Bayern next summer? If so Sancho would be an ideal replacement and don’t City have some sort of buy back clause too?

Other than money, I don’t really see much reason to leave Dortmund for us at the moment? He’s competing for titles, playing CL football and developing really well there, all things that are hugely uncertain if he were to join us.

If he only even matches last season’s figures in terms of goals and assists (which was one per game), he’ll also be leaving for a world record fee, and I’m not sure the Glazers are signing that off.

Seven MOTM awards in 26 Bundesliga starts last season. Ridiculous

Our only hope then is that he wants to prove himself in the PL.

Anyway, we have 10+ months before it's even the slightest possibility really.

Agree. I really hope we get him. Rarely is a potential signing so perfect for what we need

We've already been 'negotiating' with his agent for a while now

He's already such a good player and he's like a decade away from where you'd hope he would peak

I have a very simple equation for when will we / can we get him questions come up.

Who else can afford him?

Of those, who needs him ?

I bet you arent left with many clubs.
