With NDombele back sandy I feel a bit more confident. No millions of sideways passing and Sissoko missing the target from 2 yards out. NDombele has the ability to drive forward like Sissoko, but can actually shoot. Hoping he can provide the much needed creativity for the front 4.

Ndomble could be key mate, Dele, Eriksen and Ndomble all back in a home game today would be huge. You simply cannot go into any game with Winks, Lamela and Sissoko as a midfield trio, it is so negative

Totally agree sandy. For me all of Winks, Sissoko and Lamela are fantastic squad players. They are not good enough to start for me. We need to seriously consider a top defensive midfield partner for NDombele next summer. Sissoko and Winks can be our back ups. Lamela who I like, is so much better playing the odd game and coming off the bench. He shouldn’t be starting games either.

Don, for some reason, Lamela, Sissoko and Winks seem to have become the norm. They are all decent squad players as you say, but not really good enough to start every game in my opinion. No coincidence really that when Spurs were really at it, none were in the first XI.

I thought Winks did well in the first half at Arsenal in a more advanced position. I would have Winks and Rose in the starting 11. Sissoko loses the ball far too often but would add something from the bench

Window closed. 3pts is all that matters today. The team playing with some fluidity would be a bonus.

Against Palace gotta have Winks playing
