I’m not sure that’s a good example. As despicable as Farage is there’s at least be a bit of entertainment due to his clownish demeaner. Hitler is a more appropriate comparison.

We went 2-0 up with the team he put out.

There were just a couple players who were really out of sorts (Eriksen & Alli) and we carried them, and no threat down the right side and a rusty looking Davies on the left.

Kane also looked out of sorts and looked leggy.

NDombele also did little to impress, seems a bit leggy and static at times, but he is settling in i suppose.

I think our team still cannot take too many changes to its line up without having a big effect on the performance level.

Also highlights that we still have no genuine cover for Eriksen so we had to persist with him regardless of how utterly awful he played.


Regarding Eriksen, i simply dont get it.....The UCL is the shop window and if he thinks the likes of Real or another top team would be impressed with his last 2 showings in the competition then he's mad.

Read that Real wanted Eriksen but Zidane wanted Pogba do waited. Fully expect Zidane to go and Eriksen to join in Jan for a moderate fee.
