What a borefest. The difference in quality is so huge most games are so one-sided. Calling them competitive fixtures is just a lie, the only excitement is when 2 big nations face each other in what is pretty much a play off for 1st and 2nd.
It is how the Champions League would be if it were champions only!
The obvious worry from a football point of view is they are extending the football World Cup to 48 teams, and allowing the gap in quality between the best and worst widen further than it already is with 32 teams.
