I will try to remove the blinkered specs as this debate is slightly odd but......
You cannot compare Maddison and Wijnaldum as they are different types of midfielders in my opinion.
They are both very good in their own role within their own team at the moment.
I am sure all Leicester fans will prefer Maddison while all Liverpool fans will prefer Gigi.

Wijnaldum isn't a no.10 so why are we comparing him with Maddison. Wijnaldum wouldn't replace Maddison as a no.10 and to suggest he would is ridiculous.

Wijnaldum also wouldn't replace Tielemans as a no.8 and to suggest that is also ridiculous.

Wijnaldum wouldn't replace Ndidi either and to suggest that is also ridiculous.

So in conclusion Wijnaldum wouldn't get into our team and to suggest he would is ridiculous.

If Wijnaldum played for Leicester you wouldn’t rate him at all

Whether Wijnaldum would or would not get into Leicester's team, what is clear is that Arro is underestimating our midfield. Having a midfield like that allows us to play the way we do, and it works brilliantly in our system.

I always think about Kante and how unbelievable he’d be in that Liverpool team!

I rate Leicester’s players and admit you have a better midfield than us which is criminal with the money we have spent. But I just don’t think your midfield is better than Pools sorry and Wijnaldum is hugely underrated.
