bought out ala Man city or a generous billionaire like Abromavich. But we really need new owners and a new direction.
Yes ENIC have built a new stadium and training ground but a sale will benefit who? They bought club for a relative pittance. They will make a killing. That was their end game.
Owners like FSG who are a sports orientated ownership aimed in success is what we needed. ENIC only built to make profits.
Nobody is expecting to be

I think ENIC bought Spurs for total of around £50-60m before any investment in training ground/stadium etc.
If they sell for anywhere near what they want: £2bn
What is the profit on that??!!

In what way will it unravel for them? Even if Spurs lose their CL status they’ll still be a self sustainable club that will allow Enic to carry on running the club as they are.

Who is paying £2bn for that squad? And then expected to add another half a billion in players

Yeah but who is realistically going to pay that sort of money to buy Spurs?

Hopefully no one so ENIC can take a long hard look at themselves.

I doubt they’ll be thinking that. Obviously the form you are in isn’t acceptable but I imagine that all things considered they’ll be pretty pleased with where Spurs are as a club right now.
Obviously it could have been more, but it could have been far worse had United, Chelsea and Arsenal had their houses in order the last few years.
