I'd tell Ed we want a title or Champs league within 3 years or he is out.

I'd tell all managers / head coaches we need to come up with a consistent stlye of play / tactic across all age groups

I'd raid Dortmund, Southampton, Porto, Lisbon and Ajax for their talent spotters, and have monthly meetings re their findings, which the manager, Judge and the supporter board member would attend.

I'd make all new contracts heavily incentivised performance wise.

Appoint a member of the supporters trust to the board, who would then meet regularly with supporters re concerns/ ideas / suggestions

1) Increase transfer budget for the academy. If even one 16 year old out of ten purchased makes it it is money well spent.

2) Put a wage structure in place which is heavily incentivised by team performance.

3) Sack whoever is responsible for paying £80m for Maguire, £53m for Fred and £75m for Lukaku.

4) Reappoint LvG but as DOF with mandate to prepare Solskjaer as his successor.

4) Transfer list any player entering last 2 years of contract if they haven't agreed to an extenstion if offered.

5) Pay for an independent audit of the medical department and rectify deficiencies.

6) Make each member of the scouting staff reinterview for their jobs.

7) Refuse to pay agent fees except those instructed by the club. Players should be paying agents who work for them.

Is he really even that good?

He’s been elevated to near mythical levels by Liverpool fans on here over the past few months and now I’m expecting to see a combination of Rio Ferdinand and Jesus Christ.

Will be interesting to see how he plays for a side who don’t sit back every week making him look better than he maybe is.

Leeds fan in peace..

To be honest - for the sake of football, and all its rivalry, everyone needs United somewhere near the top.. 10 years ago, United in this position, with the fans arguing amongst themselves would of been the dream for a the average Leeds fan.. BUT, it doesn't feel right..

I'm not going to say that Leeds should be in the premier league, because its a s simple as if you are good enough, you'll get there. but I do believe that we need to be in there for the sake of rivalry, not just with United, but other big clubs in there.

the only reason I mention Leeds, is because when I read United's boards on here, the similarities with our board are scary... fans split between positive and negative, (cheeries and drearies we call them)... blaming none-football people like Ed / Orta (for Leeds).. the board this, the board that, employing managers that are simply not qualified for such a big role (Bielsa aside)

so with this in mind, I guess 'the fix' isn't too dis-similar..

1. get a manager who knows what he's doing..

2. Get rid of idiots above the manager who are signing players, this should be entirely down to the manager, its his team after all.

3. Stop being so commercial.. I know this brings in money.. but if more time was spent sorting pitch issues out, than trying to be some commercial brand (which United are already) you'd be more of a football club.

4. Spend some good money on the acadamy, both Leeds and United have had so much success (more so United) with the youth.. with Leeds, we have to step aside when clubs higher up the food chain come knocking for a our best young players, United don't.
