I have been Poch In up to now, and I still am (just about) but wtf is he up to?
the cynic in me thinks he is looking for the sack and the pay off.
what on earth was he thinking with that selection? 3 5 2, which we always look absolutely awful in, at home to the bottom side who haven't won????
we were very lucky to get a point yesterday... should have been beaten comfortably.
after the Bayern and Brighton game we should have been flying out, very attack minded and we set up defensively.
whats worse, is that despite the defensive set up, we conceded a joke goal after a few minutes, and looked absolutely awful defensively all game.
wtf is going on????!!!!
winks and sissoko yet again in a 2... how many times do we have to see that to know it don't work
every single time we set up with 5 at the back we are terrible and have to change it at half time.
4-2-3-1 for the foreseeable future ffs.. its very simple.
the worry I have is that most of the mistakes that are being made are totally avoidable....... horrible selections, and then individual errors, but we do it game after game after game, for 10 months now.
Poch In just about for me.... but I can fully understand those who are Poch Out, because this isn't a short term thing... CL run massively masked what has been awful football and results for 10 months.
I cannot think of any other club who has 10 months of dross and doesnt make a managerial change, and I don't think Levy will... and Poch wants him to, so its all a weird, negative, dynamic, and the fans were surprisingly untoxic yesterday (apart from the boos at HT). its like we have just all accepted that we are shiiiiiit.
Liverpool away next week will be fun. can anyone make a case for us not losing by 5 or more?
What is Poch Doing?

We needed a rebuild but Levy didn’t want to pay for it and probably demanded too much for players we wanted to sell.
The older players should of been sold and younger players signed to replace them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
evidence suggests otherwise... Wanyama fee was agreed and the player wanted more cash, according to reports. rose also was asked to find a new club so there was a willingness to offload.
eriksen toby and jan situations he has tried to resolve for years through new deals but the players have the club by the bollox.

Every fan here knew we needed new signings in the summer, and we brought 3 in. Unfortunately 2 of them have been out for most of that through injury. Poch is at least owed the chance to see what he can do with all the new players available.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
this I agree with. I want to see what happens when sess and lo Celso are in the team, and it has a bit of a fresher feel about the place.
if all that happens are we are still dross around xmas, then im afraid he probably has to go
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you really think Sess and Lo Celso are going to make that much of a difference?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
no, but poch has earned the right to give it a go with them

If Sessegnon can put in 1 good cross he will have already made a difference.

Was facked off he played Rose and Aurier yesterday. These two clowns are a key reason why we are a shambles at the moment.
Was hoping he would make more of a statement and stop some of these cants.

Spot on, Rose gets into good positions but never puts in a quality cross or picks his man out, it is just hit and hope with him. I don`t know his assist stats but I would imagine they are almost non existent.
He also spends half his time looking for free kicks and sitting on his aris, that`s when he isnt making defensive errors, he was at fault for the Watford goal yesterday, these days he just isn`t very good.... so much for `knowing his worth`.

I'd be interested to know what his assist stat is like for his whole Spurs career. Probably isn't even above what Robertson got for Liverpool last season.
He could get away with it before because of his defensive ability but he's now making mistakes in defence. His form really has nosedived recently.

So Robertson has over half that in just one season. And Rose has been with us for 10 seasons?
