are a watershed (whatever that is) moment in Ole's career here. I've no real grounds for saying it, but it's a feeling that has some basis in reality.
If we lose all three abjectly, then I think the board will have to act.
If we have more of the same, say one win, one draw, one loss, and play in the same manner. Then I don't think the board will fire him now, but it will show he is missing something and doesn't auger well for him in the future.
If he can inspire the players after the commendable draw last Sunday to at least put in good performances, and get a couple of wins and a draw, I think we can kick on, get somebody in in January, and start to creep up the table.
I don't expect miracles, we haven't the players for that, yet, but better showings.
Ole has had bad luck with injuries and one or two missed sitters. These aren't excuses they are reasons. But those reasons are coming to an end, injuries starting to clear up,
matches are easier on paper at least, and we should be better than them. There can always be a shock result, but even if we are on the end of one we should have played well, scored a couple but the other team has one of those days when everything goes in.
Can he, and we, do it? who knows but I do hope so. It could be a turning point in Ole's career with us, good or bad.

I filtered RDD. I did it once when we mass filtered him and now I do it every time he returns (and I'm sure it is him). Defending Ed to the hilt often gives it away.
