Quality

People are rightfully pointing out that weโ€™re unable to create chances or gets shots on target. People blame the tactics which is true some of the time but I think our biggest problem is the quality of our starting 11 and not how Ole sets up.

Below is the biggest example of this.

Rashford beats his man and all he has to do is slot in a pass to James to send him through on goal. You could literally park a jumbo jet in the space James had and yet Rashford kept his head down and then decided to pass it backwards. James did the same thing to Rashford earlier in the game!

How many sitters have we missed this season, how many times have our attacks broken down because of a stray pass or slip?

I donโ€™t think weโ€™ll have much joy watching United until we buy a few more players, because at the moment it feels like our players are being controlled by a 5 year old with a PlayStation pad.

One positive and thatโ€™s Williams, I think he deserves a start v Norwich.

When you have a history of Brazilians with amazing skills called Pele,Ronaldhino,Ronaldo,Socrates etc and you buy one called Fred then you Know something is not right

It’s quality and coaching. We don’t get enough players forward, which when you lack quality and the players aren’t being coached very well makes it even harder.

He'll always be Derf for me, but I believe even his "Fred" pseudonym is pronounced "Fre-eja" or something like that. So far he's only earned a Derf.

Everything pointed out in the OP is down to the manager.
The manager needs to tell his attackers what to do. He's supposed to make them better. Especially since he was a striker himself

He almost certainly wants but I doubt he’d feign injury, I don’t think he unprofessional in that way.

....

No one is going to risk paying big money for Pogba if he isn't performing on the pitch.

And we are not going to let him go for peanuts.

That chance as easy as it looks on TV is slightly different when you're in control of the ball at pace.

The gap wasn't there for long before James started to run behind the other United player(why not run wide ffs?) and perhaps when the gap opened up, Rashford didn't feel comfortable passing it in his current stride on his weak foot or with the outside of his right foot and by the time he had his feet right the gap got smaller.

Rashford is definitely good enough to make passes like that, so it's not an ability thing. I just think he's seriously low on confidence.

^^

Only someone that has not the faintest understanding of coaching and/or management could post something as daft as this.
