Hull City 2 - 0 Derby County

Hull City v Derby County
KCOM Stadium
Hull
Humberside
26 Oct 2019
3.00pm

After the scintillating and convincing win against an equally poor Wigan side, the Derby Faithful can take succour in the knowledge that we could soon be top of the league.

Patience and blind loyalty are the name of the game as the Rams struggle to assert themselves in a poor league where a run of wins will see you crowned champions before Christmas if your team is Florest.

Chris Martin could start after a competent appearance on Wednesday. Turns out that Chris has scored 3 goals from 4 shots in 7 games for the Rams this season.

In the absence of depth it's difficult to see what changes could be made, George Who(?) never seems to be fit, Forsyth (remember him?) appears to be the new great hope......Sibley - surely not? FloJo flatters to deceive .......I'm not qualified or intelligent to provide solutions so will leave that to others

We have a good record against Hull but in this league, anyone can beat anyone so see that good record go. Let's continue, be patient and happy in our 12th year of transition.

Team news when Ang provides it - he's been on a sabbatical but now he's back - not that he knows

Yes, born Hayfield. But rest of life/career/wife/son/time left etc. is Scottish. But still a Ram

Hayfield, also the birthplace of Arthur Lowe..

Also the site of the Benny Rothman mass trespass. Heroes everyone and vindictively jailed by the land owning magistrates of Derbyshire,

Was Arthur Lowe when you were child Heb?

Let's just say that my father and Benny Rothman would not have seen eye to eye

Spart, when the Tissington Trail opened in 1971 the powers that be decided that it was primarily as a bridleway, (how many people has a horse in 1971)?

I remember as a kid the ballast being removed and replaced with soil, (rather that the more bike friendly surface it has now). So not much had changed in the corridors of power in the intervening 40 odd years!

There is a bigger plaque in Hayfield dedicated to Benny than the blue plaque for Arthur Lowe.

Don't have a link but have just seen a heart warming photo of Igor and 666, dancing blissfully on a beach in Ibiza. It explains their absence and I plan to join them......
